Support for the vulnerable clients at Healthy Mind Counselling Centre
Inadequate funding for counselling services presents several significant challenges, limited access to mental health services for general and marginalized populations, lack of proper facilities and resources, stigma surrounding seeking mental help, ultimately hindering the effectiveness of counselling practices across the continents.
This has resulted to persons with mental illnesses contemplating or successfully completing suicide. This are lives that can be saved by you donating to Healthy Mind Counselling Center to support such clients in receiving impactive counselling sessions that would help them prevent suicide thoughts, hopelessness and live more productively.
Who can you support with the donation to receive counselling.
Client With :
- • Trauma, which includes: loss and grief, separation loss, victims of robbery with violence, clients involved in disasters, suicidal clients, rape trauma, gender-based violence, terminal illness, forced relocations from county of origin due to peace instability.
- • Anxiety and depression
- • Stress and burnout.
- • Substance and drug abuse
- • Family and relationship challenges
- • Adolescent navigation challenges.
- • Child counselling- abused, neglected or orphaned child.

ONE TIME / MONTHLY
$180 This will support individual clients with stress, loss and grief, burnouts at workplace suicidal ideations, gender-based violence, terminal illness for 8 sessions. The session will help in building resilience and healthy coping skills.
$350 This will support 8 sessions of Couple therapy – This will restore relationship and build strong families which results to healthy communities.
$140 This will support 6 sessions to a traumatized child to heal and face the future with courage.
$1500 Group therapy – This will support group therapy of 20 participants for 3 days done one day in a week. Group therapy is a great healing process as members learn from each other experiences. They get to support each other and learn coping skills.
